Note: This is a one-time payment for either a single 30 minute session or four 30 minute sessions that will be scheduled to take place within the time frame of a 4 week period.
Note: Group packages are only available for 1 hour sessions. They are not available for 30 minute sessions.

1 Hour Session

Note: This is a one-time payment for either a single 1 hour session or four 1 hour sessions that will be scheduled to take place within the time frame of a 4 week period.
Note: Group packages are avaiable below.

1 Hour Group Session

Note: This is a one-time payment for a one month session that will be scheduled to take place four times within the time frame of a 4 week period.
Note: All group sessions are priced per-person & each member of the group must pay the listed amount to be a part of the group training session.
